The current weekly charges for sheltered housing cottages are:
Rent – £100.10 (approx. dependent on property and location)
Sheltered Housing upkeep of furniture/equipment – £7.89
Sheltered Housing Management Charge – £8.53
Housing Support Charges – £22.33
