ELECTRICITY GENERATING STATION AND ASSOCIATED INFRASTRUCTURE ON LAND AT Wagglehill North and South, Cuminestown, Turriff, AB53 8JJ KNOWN AS “New Deer 2 Battery Energy Storage System”
We have received notification from the Energy Consents Unit (ECU) that an application has been submitted by TNEI Services Limited (TNEI) on behalf of Field New Deer Ltd submitted an application under section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989 (‘the Act’) for the Scottish Ministers’ consent to construct and operate the proposed electricity generating station above.
