The current weekly charges for sheltered housing are:
- Rent – £70.00 (approx. dependent on property and location)
- Sheltered Housing upkeep of furniture/equipment – £7.89
- Sheltered Housing Heat and Light charge – £36.53
- Sheltered Housing Management Charge – £8.53
- Housing Support Charges – £22.33
